Kolkata Knight Riders skipper Shreyas Iyer is in good form in the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL) season. In 12 matches, Iyer scored 336 runs at an average of 30.5, including two fifties. “Shreyas has one weakness, though. He doesn’t play the leg spinners well and is often misled by the turn and flight of the leggies. It’s surprising to see an Indian batter consistently struggle with leg spin,” Kaif said during his speech. on Star Sports Live.

“He’s also been fired by leg spinners a few times this season. Whether it’s Ravi Bishnoi or Rahul Chahar or Kuldeep Yadav, everyone has harassed him, but he never looks at their overs. Instead, he continues to play attacking. “shots and gets fired. I think a lot of improvement is needed in this department. But at the same time, there are several qualities about Shreyas that make him a special hitter,” he added.

Iyer’s form will be key for KKR as they strive to reach the playoffs. They have not been consistent in the IPL 2022 so far.
